Very detailed S85 connecting-rod bearing job with a parts list (red/blue shells, rod bolts, pan and pump gaskets): front subframe and oil pan off, oil pumps out, then the VANOS high-pressure pump gear backlash is reset with a test indicator on reassembly. Written for experienced home mechanics only.
