EURORELIC

Privacy policy

Last updated October 12, 2026. Plain-language version; it is the whole policy.

Who we are

EuroRelic (www.eurorelic.com) is run by Ampvest, doing business as EuroRelic, based in Los Angeles County, California, USA. You can use the site without an account. Privacy questions or requests: privacy@eurorelic.com. Anything else: info@eurorelic.com.

What we collect

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't build profiles. Search terms typed into our search box are logged without any identifier to improve results.

How we use it

We don't sell or share your data

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA). We have not done so in the past 12 months. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Who processes it for us

Service providers that handle data only to run EuroRelic, under their own terms: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and, once connected, an email delivery provider (planned: Resend). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Affiliate links and other sites

Some seller links (for example eBay and Amazon) are affiliate links. When you click through, that site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We only learn that a click happened, never what you bought.

How long we keep it

Signup data is kept until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete it, or until the list is retired. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 12 months. Hunt requests are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.

Your rights (including California residents)

You can ask us to: tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from; give you a copy; correct it; or delete it. You can also opt out of sale or sharing, though we don't do either. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

Data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database and sent over HTTPS. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
