Rebuild S14 throttle bodies with off-the-shelf needle bearings

Strip the throttle bodies, press out the shaft bearings and fit standard needle bearings. The factory sealed 12 mm bearing (F-83416) is NLA; HK1210 is the right width but unsealed, and HK121614-2RS is sealed but 14 mm wide and fits the exposed position. Grease with Molykote 44. The countersunk M4 butterfly screws are not sold by BMW; owners turn down standard screws or ask throttle-body specialists (Jenvey, TWM) and add Loctite. The linkage ball-joint was the one NLA item in the 2016 write-up.
