What I Learned Pulling the Head Off the Kugelfischer Pump ↗

Teardown notes on the tii Kugelfischer pump head. A stuck plunger can be checked by pulling the suction valves and pressing on the spring-loaded plungers, with no need to lift the head. If the head does come off, it gives tips for keeping the plungers in place, and it advises against opening a pump that works.
